Electrophoretic coating is an immersion painting process in which charged paint particles are attracted to an oppositely charged metallic surface. Which widely used for automobile, refrigerator and air-conditioner shell, requiring a rustproof, smooth mirror-like finish.
Characteristic:
- Finish thickness between 10Łg--30Łg, which cut down the material costs.
- Corrosion resistance is superior to other paint application methods
- Provides a complete, uniform coating- even in corners, on edges and in hard to reach partially enclosed spaces.
- Paint can be reclaim, paint waste are much less.
- Electro-coating processing are high speed, large bulk are also effective in coating.
