Cooling system
Liquid quench - into a liquid solution bath for good hardness
This method ensures that the aluminum cools at a uniform rate, thus reducing potential flaws. After cooling, the materials are realigned to exacting tolerances. Aluminum treatment oven are assembled and tested in our plant prior to shipment. |
